Vision
The idea on one page: why Lunacia Synergy exists, what it promises, and what "winning" means for this project. Born from the creator's words (vision interview, 2026-09-12). Updated 2026-09-16.
The dream, in their words
"The pure elegance of turning a massive, complex ecosystem into a tactical experience where only skill shines. This project proves the Lunacia universe can be a first-tier strategy esport when aligned correctly."
Why it exists
1. The systemic design challenge. Translate the infinite genetics of thousands of Axies into an instant-legibility visual matrix: abstract data (bodies, classes, horns) becoming clean, intuitive mechanics on a board.
2. A serious auto-battler inside the universe. The tactical genre (TFT, Magic Chess, Auto Chess) is proven. Here it gets Lunacia identity: anatomy as tactical language, readable synergies, and a competition where the rules are the same for everyone each match.
3. Respect for the original art. Sky Mavis made characters with undeniable charisma. Here they get real physical and tactical weight: a BigYak behaves like an unbreakable wall, a WetDog like a slippery assassin — honoring the art that already exists.
4. The community coming back. There's a loyal player base that fell in love with Axie's competitive side but left because of economic friction. This auto-battler is about giving them an arena where anyone can outplay rivals with pure tactical brilliance.
The experience it promises
Accelerated-chess adrenaline. Every match should feel like fitting the gears of a Swiss watch perfectly while the clock runs against you.
- Instinctive clarity. One mental click: see a BigYak's wide silhouette and read it as the front-line wall. Zero friction, mind 100% on strategy.
- Timer tension. ~30 seconds of planning is a rush of dilemmas: spend my last 2 gold on a Shuffle for that missing Beast piece, or suffer this round for interest?
- Architect euphoria. When the fight starts, the player leans back: the ambush shreds the backline exactly as planned.
- Educational losses, not frustrating ones. If HP hits 0, the feeling is analytical: "I misplaced my Aquatics and my economy collapsed early."
- Pride and expression. Your chibi avatar's taunt after a round win is your signature on the battlefield.
What "winning" means for this project
Ship a real, working product for the Axie ecosystem.
That is the compass for every stage: each roadmap phase exists to bring this game closer to something alive — played, respected, and sustainable.
Who it's for
- Axie competitors who left over economic friction and deserve an arena where skill is the currency that matters.
- Auto-battler fans (TFT, Magic Chess, Auto Chess) looking for a tactical home with its own identity.
- Anyone who loves fair games: enter without a wallet, compete under the same rules, win with brilliance.
Non-negotiable principles
- Readable skill first. The design pushes tactical decision-making to the front. No absolute slogans — show what the game actually does.
- Legibility as law. If it needs explaining, the design failed.
- Community first. The arena belongs to those who play it.
- Art is honored. Axies behave like what they are: creatures with weight and character.
- No vapor. Don't promise what doesn't work; show what does. Future ideas stay tagged as ideas (09 · Futuro e Ideas).
